Key Responsibilities
- Lead Program Reporting: Establish and maintain reporting schedules, templates, submission requirements, and review processes for daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting.
- Consolidate Program Status: Collect and validate updates on site readiness, surveys, equipment deliveries, installation, testing, training, and return-to-service activities.
- Develop Leadership Briefings: Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, presentations, and Program Management Review materials for Peraton leadership and FAA stakeholders.
- Support Program Coordination: Develop concise updates for FAA, Peraton, and vendor meetings, highlighting accomplishments, outstanding issues, critical blockers, action owners, and required decisions.

- Manage Actions and Decisions: Maintain action, issue, and decision logs; track ownership and due dates; and proactively follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor Program Risks: Work with risk management and functional leads to communicate potential impacts involving equipment deliveries, installation, staffing, logistics, training, and technical activities.
- Analyze Program Performance: Track planned versus actual progress, milestone completion, installation throughput, and staffing readiness. Identify trends, potential delays, and areas requiring management attention.
- Ensure Reporting Accuracy: Reconcile conflicting information, validate source data, maintain consistent reporting standards, and clearly distinguish confirmed updates from estimates and pending decisions.
- Coordinate Vendor Reporting: Monitor vendor reporting requirements, identify missing or inconsistent submissions, and elevate unresolved issues to program leadership.
- Improve Field Communications: Develop site updates, newsletters, and lessons-learned summaries to strengthen communication across geographically dispersed teams.
- Maintain Program Documentation: Organize reports, briefing materials, source data, and supporting records in designated program repositories while maintaining version control and information-handling standards.
