Minimum Qualifications - At least 18 years of age or older - Required to work on weekends and holidays - 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience (Technical School certification may be accepted in lieu of experience) - Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment - Ability to read blueprints and electrical/pneumatic schematics - Preventive maintenance experience - Basic computer and math skills - Experience with 480V three-phase systems - PLC, welding, machining, HVAC, or boiler experience is a plus - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing, bending, and reaching - Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, humidity, noise, and moving equipment.
