This job was posted by https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov : For more information, please see: https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov/jobs/4832382 Machine Technician- Rogers, AR Pay: - Day Shift: \$20.10/hour \| 6:00 AM 6:00 PM - Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotation Responsibilities: - Operate bagging lines, conveyors, hoists, and other production equipment. - Monitor machines to ensure safe and efficient operation. - Perform basic troubleshooting and notify maintenance of equipment issues. - Conduct quality checks and accurately record production data. - Print labels and complete production documentation. - Use multiple computer systems to track production and report information. - Communicate effectively with team members during shift changeovers. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Education Requirements - High school diploma or GED Experience Requirements - 1 year of recent machine operator or manufacturing experience - Basic computer skills - Good mechanical aptitude - Team-oriented and dependable - Ability to read a tape measure Physical Capabilities - Comfortable working around moving equipment - Climate-controlled facility - Clean and organized workspace - Standing and walking for 12-hour shifts - Lift up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 40 lbs occasionally - Occasional exposure to cornstarch dust - Steel-toe shoes
