Now Hiring SMT Technicians - 4-Day Work Week (Export, PA)

We are hiring SMT (Surface Mount Technology)Technicians to support printed circuit board production in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday, 5:00 am - 5:00 pm
• 1-hour unpaid lunch
• Enjoy Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off

Pay Rate: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

SMT Technician Job Description:

• Kit and prepare components for production jobs
• Load materials and components into SMT machine feeders
• Assist SMT machines throughout the production process
• Perform machine changeovers to support varying production runs
• Conduct quality inspections of completed circuit boards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all manufacturing procedures and quality standards

SMT Technician Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
• Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn electronic manufacturing processes
