Quality Manager

Quality Manager - Metal Manufacturing / Machine Shop Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-FridayLocation: Hatboro, PA Quality Manger Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality processes in a metal manufacturing and machine shop environment. This role will work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure parts meet customer specifications, blueprint requirements, and quality standards while driving continuous improvement throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support internal and external audits.
• Develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and inspection requirements to ensure product quality.
• Monitor quality metrics and implement corrective actions to reduce defects and improve performance.
• Investigate quality issues and customer concerns, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with machinists, operators, and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
• Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with customer and quality requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Quality Management experience in a machine shop, metal fabrication, machining, stamping, or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs, quality procedures, and work instructions.
• Strong knowledge of inspection methods, quality control processes, root cause analysis, CAPA, and auditing.
• Experience with ISO standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work closely with production teams on the shop floor.
