Production Operator

PeopleShare is partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Bethlehem, PA seeking a Production Operator to join their team.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 5pm-5:10am (2-2-3 rotating schedule)
• Pay Rate: $20/hour
• Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
• Location: Bethlehem, PA

Responsibilities:

• Loaded raw materials and product containers into production machines and removed full containers.
• Performed hourly quality inspections to ensure products met company standards.
• Created and applied product labels using SAP and RF scanning systems.
• Operated a forklift to transport finished products throughout the facility.
• Monitored machine performance and reported mechanical issues to maintenance personnel.
• Followed all food safety regulations, PPE requirements, and workplace safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with a strong focus on safety.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use an RF scanner.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, move, and handle materials as needed throughout the shift.
• Bilingual
