Are you experienced in packaging procurement, purchasing, or vendor management? We're seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Procurement Specialist to support a growing manufacturing operation by ensuring packaging materials are sourced, ordered, and delivered on time. What You'll Do Manage purchasing and procurement of packaging materialsCoordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveriesMonitor inventory levels and prevent material shortagesNegotiate pricing and purchasing terms when appropriateTrack packaging specifications, artwork, and supplier documentationWork closely with production and warehouse teams to support operationsUse Excel and ERP/MRP systems to forecast and manage material needs What We're Looking For Experience with packaging procurement, purchasing, or sourcingVendor management and supplier communication experienceExperience with flexible packaging, pouches, bags, labels, or printed packagingStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcel proficiency and comfort working with inventory dataExperience with packaging artwork, proofs, or specifications is highly preferred Why Apply?
