Machine Operator Helper Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hour (Based upon Exp.)Shifts Available:

• Night Shift: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator Helper to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role assists machine operators with daily production activities, material handling, and maintaining a safe and efficient work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with setup, operation, and monitoring of production equipment.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Transport materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.
• Support production goals by ensuring materials and supplies are readily available.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to frequently lift and move 50+ pounds.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
