Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

Now Hiring: Manufacturing Associates Location: South Charlotte, NC Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Pay: $16.00/hour

We are seeking reliable and motivated Manufacturing Associates to join a growing production team in South Charlotte. This position offers a consistent overnight schedule in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment
• Perform product quality inspections and quality control checks
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures and document results
• Package finished products into bags and/or boxes
• Label products and prepare shipments
• Build and label boxes, stack products, and wrap pallets
• Follow written and verbal work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with supervisors and fellow team members to meet production goals
• Assist in other production-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read and communicate effectively
• English and/or Spanish speaking
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 25-30 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
