Fabrication ResponsibilitiesOperate fabrication and machine shop equipmentRead and follow work orders, drawings, and instructionsCut, drill, grind, and prepare metal componentsUse hand tools and measuring devices to ensure qualityInspect finished parts for accuracy and workmanshipMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and company policiesSupport production and assembly teams as needed

Fabrication QualificationsPrevious fabrication, machine shop, or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to read a tape measure and basic drawingsExperience using hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and qualityBasic math skillsAbility to lift materials and work in a production environmentReliable attendance and a strong work ethic
