Entry Level Inside Sales Rep Location: Woodbridge, NJ (Hybrid - 4 Days In Office, 1 Day Remote)Compensation: $52,000 Base Salary + Uncapped CommissionSchedule: Monday-Friday, 10:45 AM-7:00 PM, Rotating SaturdaysJob Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities
- Speak with customers regarding insurance products and services
- Provide quotes and discuss coverage options
- Build strong customer relationships
- Recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Meet sales and performance goals
- Maintain accurate customer records
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Motivated and goal-oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to obtain a company-paid NJ Property & Casualty License
