Customer Service Representative | Order Processing & Customer Support | $19/hr

🌿 Customer Service Representative (CSR) Woodridge, IL 🌿 $19-$20/hr | Monday-Friday | 1st Shift Do you have strong attention to detail, customer service experience, and the ability to manage claims and order-related issues from start to finish? We're hiring a Customer Service Representative for a well-established company that serves the horticultural industry. This organization supplies products and solutions that help greenhouses, nurseries, garden centers, and professional growers succeed. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced office environment, this could be a great fit. ⚠️ This is NOT a retail customer service position.

What You'll Do:

✅ Process customer orders accurately and efficiently✅ Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email✅ Review, research, and process customer claims✅ Investigate discrepancies and help resolve issues promptly✅ Ensure claim documentation is complete and accurate✅ Coordinate with internal departments to support customer needs✅ Maintain detailed records and data within company systems✅ Provide exceptional customer support while building positive relationships

What We're Looking For:
