📦 Cornerboard Loader Join Our Team! We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Cornerboard Loader to join our production team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product quality, minimizing waste, and ensuring efficient machine operation throughout the manufacturing process. What You'll Do ✅ Perform quality control inspections and support production standards ✅ Conduct make-ready procedures by selecting the correct materials and properly splicing materials to minimize web breakage ✅ Make size adjustments while maintaining waste reduction goals ✅ Verify paper thickness and width meet customer specifications ✅ Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to achieving key performance metrics, including:

• Safety
• Quality
• Production
• Waste Management

✅ Conduct line clearances to prevent customer or material mix-ups ✅ Monitor glue levels and refill reservoirs as required ✅ Stage materials for production and return unused materials for future runs ✅ Read and accurately use a tape measure to 1/32 inch ✅ Assist with stacking, banding, wrapping pallets, and other production support activities ✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment ✅ Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

✔ Willingness to work overtime as needed ✔ Strong time management and organizational skills ✔ Ability to effectively work with and support team members ✔ Strong problem-solving abilities ✔ Good math skills ✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills ✔ Excellent attention to detail ✔ Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat, twist, and reach overhead
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
