[mapquest.com], [lennox.com] Now Hiring: Material Handlers / Forklift Operators PeopleShare is seeking experienced Material Handlers to join a busy distribution and warehouse team in Romeoville, IL. This is not just a forklift position. Associates should be comfortable spending time both on and off the forklift performing material handling duties, picking orders, loading and unloading trailers, moving inventory throughout the warehouse, staging shipments, and supporting general warehouse operations. Assignment Details These are temp-to-hire opportunities. Successful associates who demonstrate strong attendance, performance, and reliability may be considered for permanent employment based on business needs and available openings. Job Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and distribution areas
• Pick and prepare customer orders
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Stage materials for production and shipping
• Verify inventory accuracy and product locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and material handling duties
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required
• Material handling, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Basic computer skills a plus
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work both on and off the forklift throughout the shift
