You will prepare work areas, operate spray foam equipment, and help ensure insulation is applied safely and correctly. Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $25 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Spray Foam Insulation Installer:

• Prepare job sites by covering and protecting surfaces before applying insulation
• Set up and operate spray foam equipment, hoses, and spray guns
• Apply spray foam insulation to walls, ceilings, roofs, and other designated surfaces
• Monitor foam application to ensure proper coverage and thickness
• Trim excess foam and complete finishing work as needed
• Load, unload, and move insulation materials, tools, and equipment
• Clean and maintain spray equipment and work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required protective equipment
• Work with crew members to complete installation projects efficiently

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Previous spray foam insulation or construction experience preferred
• Experience operating spray equipment or construction tools is a plus
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Comfortable working on ladders, at heights, or in tight spaces when required
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Willingness and ability to use required respiratory protection and other safety equipment, subject to applicable safety and medical clearance requirements
• Reliable transportation to assigned job sites preferred
• Background check and drug test required
