Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20.28 - $20.28 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Quality Assurance Technician:

• Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met and identify defects
• Perform quality checks and accurately document inspection results
• Verify product labeling, packaging, lot codes, and expiration dates for accuracy and compliance
• Monitor production areas to ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and quality requirements
• Collect product samples for testing and analysis as required
• Identify, document, and report quality issues to supervisors and production management
• Assist with investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions related to quality concerns
• Complete all required quality assurance paperwork, logs, and reports accurately and on time
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, safety, and company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
• Communicate effectively with production teams and management regarding quality and food safety concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned by management and supervisors

Shift Timings: 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
• Basic reading, writing, and documentation skills
• Commitment to following all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
• Previous experience in quality assurance, food production, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred but not required
• Background check and Drug test required
