Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Production Worker:
- Assist with the production, processing, and packaging of fertilizer products
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products
- Operate basic production equipment and machinery as directed and when properly trained
- Fill, seal, label, and stack bags or containers of finished products
- Monitor production processes and report equipment issues or product concerns
- Assist with weighing, measuring, and handling production materials as instructed
- Maintain clean and organized production and work areas
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Assist with general cleanup, material handling, and other production duties as assigned
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: All Available
- Overtime opportunities available based on production needs
- Temporary assignment expected to run through
Job requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow production instructions and workplace safety procedures
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safe material-handling practices
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to the jobsite
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Drug test required
