Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Production Worker:

• Operate production lines while strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure optimal product quality

• Accurately record hourly readings and all required process information, maintaining thorough and precise documentation
• Perform minor maintenance tasks to maintain line efficiency and minimize downtime
• Prepare and package finished products for shipment, ensuring they are ready for delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at the end of each shift to promote a safe and efficient workplace
• Safely load and unload materials using a forklift, contributing to efficient material handling operations
• Provide coverage and support to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), 3rd Shift (Night)

Job requirements:

• Proven Forklift Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred
• Basic Computer Skills: Some familiarity with computers to assist with record keeping and potential system interaction
• Excellent Time Management Skills and Adaptability: Ability to manage your time effectively and adapt to changing production needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills: Ensuring accuracy in production and effectively troubleshooting issues when they arise
• Clear Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and following procedures
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable Transportation: Hold a valid driver's license and have dependable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts
• Commitment to Safety: Must be clean-shaven daily for mandatory respirator use
• Background Check and Drug Test Required
