Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $14 - $14 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Manufacturing Soldering Operator:
- Perform precision soldering on wires, connectors, and electronic components
- Assemble automotive electrical parts according to production specifications
- Inspect solder joints and finished products for quality and defects
- Operate soldering equipment and basic hand tools
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Meet daily production goals while ensuring accuracy and consistency

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
- Previous soldering or manufacturing experience preferred
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and follow proper soldering techniques
- Someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with their hands, and committed to producing high-quality automotive components in a manufacturing environment
- Background check and drug test required
