As part of the AI technology revolution, our teams design, build, deploy, and manage AI factories for enterprises, sovereign AI initiatives, and neocloud providers worldwide.

For nearly three decades, we have operated at the intersection of memory and AI/HPC infrastructure. That engineering expertise positions us to power the next generation of AI workloads, from training to inference and agentic AI at scale.

At Penguin Solutions, we value ideas over hierarchy and believe in servant leadership, where leaders enable teams to do their best work. Adapt deployment activities to site conditions and customer requirements while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Serve as the primary on-site technical resource for assigned deployments, providing technical guidance, status updates, and issue resolution support.
Coordinate deployment activities with customers, project managers, engineering teams, vendors, and support personnel to ensure successful project execution.
Document technical assessments, configurations, decisions, test results, issues, and deployment outcomes.
Recommend improvements to deployment processes, tools, documentation, and technical best practices.
Orchestrate knowledge sharing, technical documentation, and mentoring of less experienced team members.
Lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
Travel up to 60% domestically and internationally as required, which may include back-to-back weeks.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, AAS degree or higher preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting data center, compute, network, or infrastructure deployments.
Experience installing CAT6, fiber, power, and DAC cabling and building, configuring, or repairing compute servers.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues, evaluate available information, and select an appropriate course of action within established standards.
Ability to work independently at customer sites, manage changing on-site conditions, and communicate decisions, risks, and status clearly.
Experience with data center environments and safety practices.
Experience with Linux preferred but not required.
US citizenship is required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 60%.
