Partnering closely with Design, Product Management, Materials, Sourcing, and Costing, this role ensures every style is developed on calendar, within cost, and true to Pendleton's brand standards of quality and craftsmanship. • Manage the development calendar for assigned styles, tracking milestones from concept through bulk approval
  • Partner with Design and Product Management to translate seasonal concepts into a well-developed, commercially viable product line
  • Identify and escalate calendar, quality, or cost risks early, proposing solutions to keep development on track

Sample Development & Vendor Partnership

  • Own construction and specification updates throughout development
  • Manage vendor communication and relationships to ensure timely, accurate sample delivery and issue resolution

Product Data & Cost Management

  • Maintain accurate style and BOM information within PLM, including approvals, comments, and revision history
  • Partner with Costing to develop and track style-level costs against target margins

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Support cross-functional milestone meetings (design reviews, sample reviews, line reviews) with clear, organized status updates
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and templates
  • Participate in special projects as assigned

  • Experience partnering directly with vendors, mills, or factories preferred
  • Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with ERP and sourcing/costing systems preferred
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple styles, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
