- Delivering high-quality occupational therapy services aligned with each student's IEP or 504 plan
- Conducting evaluations and assessments to identify each student's strengths and areas for growth
- Writing clear, thorough reports that guide meaningful progress
- Partnering with educators and families to set students up for long-term success
What We Offer
We take care of the therapists who take care of our students. You will receive a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Health, dental, and vision insurance with company contribution
- IRA with company match
- Unlimited continuing education (CEUs)
- Materials stipend
- Licensure and reimbursement
- A dedicated mentorship program tailored to your growth
What You Will Need
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- State Occupational Therapy license
Do not have a license in the state where you would like to work? That is not a problem. Our in-house licensing team will guide you through every step of the process.
