Collaborate with network, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex UC issues and escalate support needs as appropriate.
Conduct site surveys, develop as-built documentation, and recommend design changes to improve performance, scalability, and security.
Support users and stakeholders through Tier II/III troubleshooting, training, and end-user documentation.
Participate in planning and deployment of new UC services and technologies and contribute to strategic roadmap development.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience administering and engineering Cisco Unified Communications platforms in enterprise or DoD environments.

Hands-on experience with CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressways, SIP, QoS, and VG series gateways.
Experience upgrading and migrating Cisco UC systems, including UCS servers and virtualized environments (VMware ESXi).
Strong understanding of DISA STIG compliance, IA controls, and security best practices in DoD networks.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex UC and collaboration issues in geographically distributed networks.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as RTMT and SolarWinds.
Strong technical documentation skills.

Clearance
