Welder-2nd shift - Per Diem

PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a 2nd Shift Welder for a client in Pueblo, CO.

The job pays $25 an hour and $100 a day per diem for those who qualify.

Shifts: Rotating Shifts (work 3 days one week, 4 the next - i.e. will work every other weekend) 6p-6a

The BT Bend Welder is responsible for performing welding and bending operations on materials used in production, ensuring that all welded components meet quality and safety standards.

The BT Long Seam Saw Welder is responsible for precisely sawing long seams on metal components to meet quality and safety standards. This role requires expertise in operating saw welding equipment, performing quality inspections, and ensuring weld integrity. Working collaboratively with the production team, the Long Seam Saw Welder helps maintain efficient production flow and product quality.

The BT Circular Seam Fit Up Welder is responsible for preparing, aligning, and welding circular seams on metal components, ensuring each weld meets quality and safety standards. This role involves precision welding, careful alignment, and collaboration with other production team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. The welder must be skilled in using specialized equipment and adhere to the best safety and quality practices.

The BT Circular Saw Welder performs precision welding and cutting tasks using a circular saw welding machine on metal components. This role requires strong attention to detail to ensure that welds meet production specifications and quality standards. The Circular Saw Welder collaborates with other welders and production staff, contributing to a smooth workflow and consistently high-quality outputs.

The BT Flange Seam Fit Up Welder is responsible for fitting and welding flange seams on metal components, ensuring high-quality welds that meet production and safety standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and reading and interpreting technical documents. Working closely with the production team, the Flange Seam Fit Up Welder is critical in maintaining product integrity and supporting production goals.

The BT Flange Seam Saw Welder performs high-precision saw welding on flange seams to meet strict quality and production standards. This role requires expertise in operating saw welding equipment, troubleshooting basic issues, and maintaining alignment and precision in each weld. The Flange Seam Saw Welder contributes to efficient production processes and upholds quality standards.

The BT Long Seam UT Repair performs ultrasonic testing (UT) inspections and repairs on long seams, ensuring that all welds meet strict quality and structural integrity standards. This role is crucial for maintaining product reliability and requires high UT techniques and equipment expertise.

The BT Circular Seam UT Repair is responsible for conducting ultrasonic testing (UT) inspections and repairs on circular seams, ensuring they meet strict quality and compliance standards. This role is essential for maintaining weld integrity and product reliability and requires UT techniques and equipment expertise.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
