PDS Tech Commercial is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support daily operations in a fast-paced distribution center. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in gaining experience in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

Product Handling & Organization

• Receive, sort, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with:
• Packaging and labeling
• Order picking and fulfillment
• Preparing shipments for outbound distribution
• Maintain organized inventory locations and storage areas.

Quality Control & Accuracy

• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage or discrepancies.
• Report inventory variances and quality concerns promptly.
• Ensure packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment accuracy.
• Help maintain inventory integrity throughout warehouse operations.

Equipment Operation

• Safely operate warehouse equipment and tools such as:
• RF scanners
• Labeling equipment
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines when using equipment.

Safety & Team Support

• Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Participate in safety training and process improvement initiatives.
• Support warehouse operations wherever needed and adapt to changing priorities.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required .
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Willingness to learn new processes and take direction.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
