Support Critical Manufacturing Operations as a Production Worker!

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dependable Production Worker to support manufacturing operations in a production and/or cleanroom environment. This role is responsible for equipment operation, material replenishment, cleaning and sanitization activities, and preparation of production equipment and components.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, GMP, pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or cleanroom experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do

Production Operations

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Replenish raw materials and production supplies as needed.
• Perform equipment and component preparation activities.
• Support production operations to ensure continuous workflow.

Cleaning & Sanitization

• Perform ancillary cleaning and sanitization of:
• Production equipment
• Manufacturing areas
• Workstations and support areas
• Follow established cleaning procedures and documentation requirements.

Equipment & Area Maintenance

• Maintain equipment readiness and operational status.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
• Support compliance with production, safety, and quality requirements.

Quality & Compliance

• Follow established operating procedures and work instructions.
• Support GMP and cleanroom practices when applicable.
• Maintain accurate production documentation.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds .
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overnight hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) experience.
• Cleanroom manufacturing experience.
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating production equipment.
• Experience with cleaning and sanitization procedures.

Pay Details: $22.18 per hour
