PDS Tech Commercial is hiring Production Associates in Stafford, TX for a fast-paced, high-volume operation where you’ll be trained on multiple machines and gain hands-on experience across printing, sorting, packaging, and production processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with equipment, staying busy, and being part of a team. You’ll have the opportunity to learn different machines, build your production skills, and potentially transition into a permanent position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Set up and operate different printing, sorting, and production machines.
• Adjust equipment to maintain accuracy and resolve production issues.
• Respond to machine error messages and make appropriate adjustments or escalations.
• Perform quality checks and verify quantities produced.
• Compare finished batches against order tickets to confirm accuracy.
• Operate machines that print statements, health insurance cards, loyalty cards, and other documents.
• Manually insert documents and forms into envelopes.
• Affix tags to plastic carriers and prepare materials for expedited mailing packages.
• Operate presorting equipment to separate damaged or incorrect mail and request reprints when needed.
• Sort completed mail into bins for shipment to the post office.
• Follow procedures related to productivity, safety, security, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Cross-train on different machines and equipment and support other production areas as needed.
• Work both independently and as part of a production team.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigating a PC.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to stand for approximately 95% of the work shift .
• Ability to lift 20–50 pounds as required.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and holidays when needed.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to follow detailed procedures.

GREAT TO HAVE

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Understanding of basic production concepts and quality requirements.
• Manufacturing, machine operation, printing, sorting, packaging, or warehouse experience.
• Ability to work well with a team while also handling assignments independently.

Pay: $16.00/hour + shift differential

Shifts: All shifts available

Type: Temp-to-Perm

Schedule: Must be flexible for weekends, overtime, and holidays

Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.28 per hour
