PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading company in the Chemical and Ingredients Distribution industry to find safety-focused, dependable Forklift Operators who are ready to make an impact in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Location: Reading, PA | Schedule: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm | Pay: $20/hr

What You'll Do

As a Forklift Operator , you'll play a critical role in ensuring products move safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse while supporting daily operations and customer deliveries.

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
• Load and unload trailers and railcars
• Pick, receive, and replenish inventory using FEFO rotation
• Ensure products are accurately stored, tagged, and shipped
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, and cleaning as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous forklift/MHE experience
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in temperatures as low as -10°F
• Good attendance and reliable work history
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in chemical, food-grade, ingredient, distribution, or logistics environments
• Current forklift or MHE certifications
• Railcar loading/unloading experience
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
• Cross-functional warehouse experience including receiving, picking, and shipping

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
