Production Laborer

Pay: $20.00 | Location: Independence, OR | Shift: 3:00pm - 1:00am

We are hiring a Production Laborer to assist with material handling, equipment support, housekeeping, and general plant operations in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain material flow through processing equipment.
• Sweep, shovel, scrape, and clean work areas
• Stack bags and restock pallets
• Assist with bagging operations as needed.
• Report equipment issues to maintenance.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in dusty, hot, cold, and outdoor environments.
• Ability to climb ladders and stand for extended periods.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
