What You'll Do As a Level 1 Manufacturing Technician, you will learn the complete production process from start to finish while working alongside experienced team members.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate industrial sewing machines and production equipment
• Cut and prepare pre-designed material patterns
• Assembling industrial insulation products
• Fill, stuff, and prepare products for final production
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and production efficiency
• Assist team members and support workflow across departments
• Keep workstations clean and organized daily
• Follow safety procedures and production standards
• Learn multiple areas of the manufacturing process
• Meet production goals while maintaining product quality
• Participate in monthly team meetings
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management What We're Looking For No industrial equipment or insulation experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals who are ready to work and learn.
