With $65M in Series A funding and $10M+ in ARR, this profitable startup is redefining how lenders onboard, service, and communicate with borrowers through voice AI and compliance automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale backend systems powering core features in onboarding, collections, compliance, and communication
- Work in agile pods to ship high-impact product features (e.g., chat systems, compliance workflows)
- Own and iterate on features based on real-time customer feedback
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and operations in a high-performance environment
- Write high-quality Python code that meets the standards of regulated enterprise systems
Tech Stack
- Python (10/10 proficiency required)
- Backend systems, APIs, distributed architecture
