Scrum Master

PC Connection has opening for Scrum Master in Merrimack, NH. Remote work options available. Support the delivery of small- to mid-sized Agile projects across the organizations IT portfolio. Facilitate all standard Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, and practices within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. Support Agile teams in the delivery of prioritized work items. Ensure teams follow agreed-upon Agile processes. Serve as servant-leader and coach to Agile teams. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery of high value software in alignment with business goals. Track and remove impediments that block team progress, escalating when necessary. Monitor sprint and release metrics using Jira or other Agile tools, ensuring transparency and visibility to all stakeholders. Collaborate with Development Managers and Technical Project Managers to maintain a clear and actionable backlog. Assist with Agile maturity efforts across the organization, championing continuous improvement and learning. Maintain documentation and team artifacts in appropriate repositories. Support the Program Increment (PI) planning and coordination activities. Must have Bachelors or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical degree and 60 months of experience as Scrum Master or similar Agile delivery role or related, including 36 months of experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices, and 36 months of experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Must also hold Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent or eligible.
