Overview: The Director, Warehouse Systems Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for the Technology Integration & Distribution Center's warehouse systems environment, including Warehouse Management System (WMS), Warehouse Execution System (WES/WEI), Warehouse Control System (WCS), and related material flow technologies. In this role, you will help ensure warehouse systems support reliable daily operations while continuously improving system performance, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer experience. You will lead the Warehouse Systems Operations team responsible for system administration, configuration, production support, issue resolution, change management, enhancements, reporting, training, and system stability. This position works closely with Operations, IT, Engineering, Automation, and other cross-functional partners to help warehouse technology enable accurate, efficient, and scalable execution across receiving, inventory management, production, integration services, kitting, ATC, shipping, and reverse logistics.
