Fleet Driver Manager

Job Title: Driver Manager – Transportation & Operations Company: Paul Transportation Location: Tulsa, OK (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $50,000–$55,000/year base + performance-based incentive program Schedule: Monday to Friday, Early Start (by 7:00 AM), On-call including weekends Experience: 2+ years (Required) About the Role Paul Transportation is hiring an experienced Driver Manager to oversee and support a fleet of flatbed truck drivers. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a fleet of flatbed truck drivers
• Assign loads, monitor schedules, and ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate with drivers to resolve issues and maintain performance
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and HOS rules
• Handle driver scheduling, home time requests, and equipment needs
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation

Qualifications

• 2+ years in trucking, transportation, or dispatching
• Experience with flatbed trucking preferred
• Able to report to the office by 7:00 AM daily
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of DOT compliance requirements
