Patriot Holdings | Las Vegas, NV

About the Role

Patriot Holdings is seeking a Junior Analyst to support our acquisitions team across mobile home parks, self-storage, and small bay industrial assets. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a career in real estate investment and underwriting, with hands-on exposure to live deals from day one. We’re building this role around modern tools - you’ll be expected to use AI-assisted workflows to speed up and sharpen the initial underwriting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial deal underwriting on prospective acquisitions (mobile home parks, self-storage, and small bay industrial) using company underwriting models and templates
  • Use AI tools to accelerate data extraction, market research, and first-pass financial analysis on incoming deals
  • Pull and organize data from offering memoranda, rent rolls, T-12s, and public records
  • Run preliminary market and submarket research to support go/no-go decisions
  • Populate and maintain deal tracking in the company’s CRM (Monday.com)
  • Prepare summary materials (deal snapshots, MASM summaries) for weekly deal review calls
  • Support senior analysts and acquisitions team with ad hoc financial and market analysis
  • Flag deals that merit deeper underwriting or IC-level review

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong Excel skills; comfort working inside financial models
  • Interest in or familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) and a willingness to use them as part of daily workflow
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals at once
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently and ask good questions

Preferred:

  • Coursework or internship experience in real estate finance or commercial real estate
  • Familiarity with CRE asset classes (multifamily, industrial, storage, or manufactured housing)

Location

Las Vegas, NV (in-office)
