Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Richmond, VA $19–$22.80 per hour | Agency Staffing | All Shifts

Patient Centered Services, LLC (PCS) is recruiting experienced Certified Nursing Assistants to support residents at Sitter & Barfoot Veterans Care Center in Richmond, Virginia. Join a veteran-founded organization committed to dignity, compassionate care, and workforce excellence.

Pay · Weekday days and evenings: $19/hour

· Weekday nights and weekends: $22.80/hour

· Designated holidays: $28.50/hour

· Overtime paid in accordance with applicable law.

Shifts · Days: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. · Evenings: 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. · Nights: 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. Assignments depend on facility staffing needs. Hours are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

· Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals. · Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning according to care plans. · Obtain and record vital signs as assigned. · Report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff. · Maintain residents’ dignity, privacy, comfort, and safety.

Requirements

· At least six months of experience as a CNA. · Current, valid, unencumbered CNA certification authorizing practice in Virginia. · Current CPR certification. · Current negative PPD or chest X-ray documentation, as required by the facility. · Acceptable criminal background check. · Reliable transportation and availability to complete assigned shifts.
