- Complete placement documentation, maintain accurate electronic records and prepare required reports.
- Visit foster families to assess available home space and gather important placement information.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to new and experienced foster and adoptive caregivers.
- Deliver designated preservice training and contribute to foster caregiver development and retention.
- Provide after-hours intake support and respond to emergencies or crisis situations during assigned coverage periods.
- Collaborate with leadership to plan and deliver annual activities for foster families.
- Build positive working relationships with community partners and attend provider intake meetings as required.
- Maintain a trauma-informed approach in all interactions with children, families and colleagues.

- A valid driver's license, good driving record and eligibility for coverage under the agency's vehicle insurance policy.
- Access to a safely maintained vehicle with appropriate automotive liability insurance.
