Job Description

*Able to oversee and manage a successful, busy restaurant with more than 80 employees.

*Deliver Superior Service and Maximize the Guest Experience.

*Controlling floors for a busy shift.

*Supervise everyday employee duties.

*Implement and Control Company policies.

*Coordinate every day FOH and BOH operations.

*Acute Financial Restaurant Skills to be able to manage budgeting and ordering.

*Improve Restaurant Productivity through Staff Appreciation.

*Follow the rules and Safety Regulations

*Fast Pace and Problem Solving according to the business

Job Requirements

*5+ years of experience working at a restaurant.

*1+ year of supervisory experience.

*Looking for people with strong leadership skills, adaptable, and willing to learn.

*Safe Food Certified.

*Computer Knowledge

*Working knowledge of TOAST POS System

*Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

*Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand for the duration of shifts.

*Requires the ability to learn and maintain knowledge of Passion Restaurant Group products and procedures.

*Available to work flexible hours: early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

*Must be able to provide own transportation.

*Must be at least 18 years of age.
