Busser - Cat 4

Overview of Responsibilities -

Creates a positive dining experience for all Guests by ensuring clean, well-maintained and well-attended tables. Assists with running food from the kitchen to serving guest tables. Follows all Company service and operating standards. Must be R.A.M.P. certified.

Essential Job Duties -

• Completes table set-up, stocking and clearing duties in a timely manner.
• Demonstrates knowledge of all menu and daily special items. Answers all guests’ questions accordingly.
• Serve and refill bread & water as directed. Run food from the kitchen to the guest table.
• Cleans, clears and resets tables, including silverware, glassware, linens, etc., in accordance with established standards.
• Ensure all stations are clean and fully stocked.
• Clean tables, booths, floors and other areas around tables quickly and efficiently.
• Assist Guests and co-workers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Completes setup and closing tasks as required and assigned. Ensure all Company and external rules with respect to hygiene are strictly followed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications -

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong teamwork skills.
• Must be able to walk, stand, push, pull, lift, kneel, bend, reach and grip tools for a full 8 hour shift.
• Must be able to work all shifts and weekends/holidays as required.
• Must be able to comprehend spoken English.
