Recruiting Coordinator

Partners In Care | Auburn, CA $19.00–$20.00 per hour | In Person Partners In Care is seeking an organized, personable, and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our Auburn team. This position coordinates caregiver recruiting and hiring from application through orientation, with a goal of hiring 10 caregivers per week.

Responsibilities

• Recruit caregivers through Indeed/job postings, referrals, outreach, and advertising.
• Review applications and respond promptly to candidates.
• Schedule and conduct interviews.
• Make hiring decisions and coordinate new-hire orientation.
• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Coordinate required pre-employment requirements, including background checks, Live Scan, drug testing, Motor Vehicle Reports, and Home Care Aide registration.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and recruiting documentation.
• Monitor the California Home Care Aide Registry.
