Be the First Step in Helping Clients Change Their Lives

Parmele Disability Advocates is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and customer-focused Client Services Representative to join our team. As one of the first points of contact for individuals seeking Social Security Disability representation, you will play a critical role in creating a positive client experience from the very beginning.

Many of the people who contact our firm are facing financial uncertainty, health challenges, and difficult life circumstances. Your ability to listen, educate, and guide them through the next steps of the process can make a meaningful difference during an important moment in their lives.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping others, and excel at building relationships over the phone, we'd love to hear from you.

Why Join Parmele Disability Advocates?

At Parmele, we believe advocacy changes lives. Our legal team has helped more than 61,000 individuals obtain the Social Security Disability benefits they deserve.

Since our founding as a two-person startup, we have grown into a team of more than 150 employees serving clients across Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and throughout the country. Our attorneys bring more than 150 years of combined disability law experience, and our support teams play an equally important role in delivering exceptional client outcomes.

We are proud of the collaborative and supportive culture we've built - one that values professional growth, teamwork, and recognizing employee achievements through company events, retreats, and ongoing recognition programs.

About the Role

As a Client Services Representative, you will help prospective clients understand our services, determine whether our firm is a good fit for their needs, and guide them through the intake process.

  • Meet departmental goals related to client engagement, responsiveness, and retention.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide clear, helpful guidance throughout the intake process.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the firm's systems.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate communications with internal teams.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to client intake and onboarding.
  • Deliver a positive, professional, and compassionate experience with every interaction.

Qualifications

Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining engaged with the team.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, client intake, call center operations, or account management.
  • Experience working in healthcare, legal services, insurance, financial services, or another client-focused industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM, intake management, or case management systems.
