Join Our Team: Full-Time Service Cashier

What You’ll Do

• Bring a friendly, professional approach to every interaction with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Calculate guest charges and process cash, credit, or direct-billing payments.
• Make a great first impression by acknowledging and greeting guests right away with friendly, professional service.
• Keep tickets accurately categorized and ready for audits.
• Collect and reconcile revenue accurately, and provide payment receipts.
• Follow all standard operating procedures to keep service running smoothly.
• Operate registers, gates, credit card machines, and other equipment.
• Use courteous, professional phone etiquette.
• Help guests find their way with directions, information about facility outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and local attractions, and assistance with other requests.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to read and write simple correspondence.
• The ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers, multiply and divide by 10 and 100, and use these skills with U.S. currency.
• An understanding of 24-hour and military time systems.
• The ability to understand rates based on elapsed time.
