Job Description
Position: Senior Business Analyst with Prior Healthcare / Lab exp Location: Mason, OH Duration: 12+ Months Exp level: 9 Years
Responsibilities:
- Provide LOE for the Business Solutions Analyst effort.
- Publish and manage deliverable s including but not limited to:
- Gap Analysis - Analyze/document current and future business process models as Workflow diagrams/Visual presentations
- Create use cases or Agile backlog stories
- Detailed Business Requirements/business rules (BRD)
- Create functional specification document or Agile user story documents
Qualifications
Essential Skill Sets/ Experience Summary
- Familiarity with traditional waterfall methodology and agile methodology
- Experience with Healthcare Systems such as EMR application, LIS systems etc.
- Knowhow of healthcare terminologies including HL7, HIPAA, SNOMED, CPT, LOINC, HEDIS measures
- Sound analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrate strong leadership, versatile negotiation and people development skills
- Strong innovation skills
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills which will include organizing meetings with varied participants from multiple functions across the business
- In-depth knowledge of designing, developing and implementing software (including component integration).
- Excellent working knowledge of relevant products and technologies including:
- Tools: Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint and Visio), Quality Center, QA Complete
