Original job description

The age of automation is upon us, join a company that is pushing the limits of what is possible. PAR Systems is a world leader in the design and development of cutting-edge software, automation, and control systems in a variety of industries, including Life Science, Aerospace, Nuclear and Marine. Our focus on technology, quality, and new ideas extends beyond our products, as we look to add diverse, dynamic, and dedicated people to our company.

We are seeking a high-performing Quality Engineer - NQA-1 to help ensure PAR Solutions is doing the right things when it comes to delivering quality for our customer, adhering to our quality management systems, and ensuring that our processes, or how work gets done, creates value for the organization and our customers. This role will drive continuous improvement on our regulated and non-regulated workflows, processes, and procedures. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with actual hands-on quality experience who can balance the expectations of our customers with the demands that meet the technical, and quality requirements of the project.

Your journey is defined by a proven ability to apply a diverse range of quality assurance practices, driving meaningful improvements in processes and systems. This expertise allows you to navigate complex challenges with confidence, ensuring that operations are not only efficient but also aligned with the highest standards.

Your deep understanding of government and industry quality codes, standards, and regulations positions you as a trusted advisor and compliance expert. Whether leading audits, supporting supplier quality programs, or conducting detailed compliance checks, you bring clarity and assurance to every project.

Collaboration is your cornerstone. You thrive when working with cross-functional teams, uniting diverse perspectives to achieve shared objectives. Your ability to communicate technical information with precision-whether through detailed reports, impactful training sessions, or compelling presentations-ensures everyone is aligned and equipped for success.

An analytical mindset fuels your ability to develop innovative solutions. Where others see roadblocks, you see opportunities for improvement, crafting strategies that elevate quality standards and address challenges head-on. With demonstrated expertise in internal and external auditing, supplier quality programs, and meticulous process documentation, you leave no stone unturned. Your familiarity with quality engineering reviews, regulatory compliance checks, and technical standards solidifies your role as a quality advocate and thought leader. Ultimately, you bring more than just technical skills-you bring a commitment to excellence, a collaborative spirit, and the vision to transform challenges into achievements.
