Your Career The IT Engineering team builds AI-first enterprise systems that power critical business workflows across the company. This role will focus on designing and delivering modern applications and automation solutions that support high-impact initiatives across multiple business functions. We operate at the intersection of full-stack application development, cloud-native automation, and applied AI. The role requires strong software engineering fundamentals combined with the ability to design scalable systems, integrate AI responsibly, and deliver measurable business impact. You will work across modern web development using TypeScript, NestJS, and React, cloud-native services on GCP, and AI-driven architectures such as Vertex AI, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration. We expect engineers to uphold high technical standards, think in systems, and continuously apply AI to improve both product outcomes and engineering velocity.

Your Impact

• Design and develop full-stack enterprise applications using TypeScript, NestJS, React, and SQL
• Own major features or services from design through production deployment
• Build AI-integrated workflows, including RAG pipelines, structured LLM calls, and automation orchestration, with strong guardrails and evaluation practices
• Integrate securely with enterprise systems and data sources to enable reliable automation
• Establish high-quality testing, logging, tracing, and observability practices
• Improve development velocity by leveraging AI coding tools responsibly and validating outputs
• Contribute architectural input during design reviews and challenge weak or incomplete designs
• Debug complex production issues and implement safeguards to prevent recurrence
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and pairing

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack application development experience
• Practical experience integrating AI services such as Vertex AI, OpenAI, RAG, embeddings, and tool or function calling
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and production observability
• Strong debugging skills, systems thinking, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver complex projects

Preferred Experience

• Experience deploying cloud-native applications, preferably on GCP
• Experience with React, Node.js or NestJS, and TypeScript
• Experience building enterprise applications or workflow automation solutions
• Familiarity with secure system integrations and scalable application architecture

The Team The IT Automation & AI Engineering team builds modern, AI-first enterprise applications and automation platforms that support multiple business functions across the company. We focus on scalable architecture, strong engineering fundamentals, and the practical application of AI to drive measurable business impact. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization while contributing to broader engineering standards, shared platforms, and reusable patterns across the team.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
