Greet and assist all customers

Answer calls within three rings and offer help

Suggest additional products or services as needed

Follow dealership procedures for all payment processing

Handle core returns and warranty processing

Report and follow up on parts shortages

Maintain strong product knowledge and merchandising skills

Computer proficiency

Assist in stocking and organizing showroom floor

Hours may vary, including evenings, weekends, or extended

hours based on the needs of the business

Attend training as needed
