Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities: * Operate and monitor machinery in adherence to standard operating procedures to ensure optimum production output. * Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machines to ensure they are in proper working condition. * Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. * Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. * Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the maintenance department.Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Forklift operating experience as plus * Lumbermill & rotator attachment experience preferred. * Proven experience as a machine operator. * Knowledge of industrial machinery, tools, and equipment. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Good communication skills, both verbal and written. * Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in a fast-paced environment.Job Type: Full timeCompensation: $19-$26/hr based on position and production bonusProbation: Review after 90 days.Expected hours: 40 per weekSchedule: Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pmWork Location: Clarence, NY### Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Employee assistance program * On-the-job training * Paid time off * Parental leave * 401K
