  • Leaders who listen. As a Veterinary Receptionist here, your ideas are valued and your contributions are appreciated.
  • High standards of care. Be part of an AAHA-accredited team that’s proud of the medicine we practice.
  • Be yourself. A workplace where being yourself is encouraged, and if you’re not having fun, you’re doing it wrong.

  • Manage medical record requests, reminders, and follow-up calls, texts, and emails
  • Help clients schedule recommended services and rechecks, reactivate overdue patients, and fill scheduling gaps
  • Educate clients on preventive care timelines and next steps
  • Coordinate with technicians and doctors to support smooth patient flow
  • Feed, walk, and care for hospitalized and boarding patients, and monitor them for changes
  • Clean kennels and laundry and help keep the lobby, front desk, and treatment areas clean

What You’ll Bring

  • Confidence handling high call volume and juggling competing priorities
  • Compassionate communication, especially in sensitive or emotional situations
  • Comfort collecting payments, processing invoices, and discussing estimates
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy
  • Attention to detail when updating records and documenting client outreach
  • Strong organizational habits, like follow-up lists, call logs, and task tracking
