Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role leads cash management and forecasting, debt administration and covenant compliance, financial risk management, and treasury support for mergers and acquisitions. The Treasurer partners with Finance, business leaders, private equity sponsors, and external lenders to maintain liquidity, strengthen controls, and support informed financial decisions.

  • Monitor, model, and report financial covenants, including leverage and interest coverage ratios; evaluate downside scenarios and proactively communicate compliance risks.
  • Coordinate timely debt service, capital calls, and principal repayments in alignment with credit agreements and approved financing priorities.

M&A Integration & Exit Readiness

  • Lead treasury due diligence for acquisitions, coordinate funding requirements, and manage post-close banking and treasury integration to support buy-and-build strategies.
  • Maintain standardized treasury controls, historical cash flow records, and debt schedules to support transaction diligence and readiness for a potential strategic sale or initial public offering.

Risk Management, Controls & Technology

  • Assess and manage floating interest rate and foreign exchange (FX) exposures through appropriate hedging programs and approved risk management practices.
  • Implement or enhance treasury management systems (TMS), automate manual processes, and strengthen payment controls to reduce fraud risk.
  • Document treasury policies, procedures, and workflows, and support internal and external audits for assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Perform other responsibilities and support special projects as assigned.
