ROLE OVERVIEW

The Cybersecurity Intern will support the cybersecurity team in delivering essential security services to our customers. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, the intern will assist with risk and compliance assessments, conduct vulnerability scans, monitor customer environments for potential threats, and help respond to security incidents. Responsibilities may also include assisting in policy development, handling customer support requests, and gaining hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and platforms. This internship provides an opportunity to develop foundational skills in cybersecurity while contributing to real-world security operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

o Support Services by completing assigned tasks o Assistance with special projects as needed o Assistance with the deployment and maintenance of security tools and technologies

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

o Fluency with Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint o Proficiency working in Microsoft Windows o Focus on details o Passion for helping small businesses succeed in cybersecurity o Compliance with our Core Values

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

o Relevant cybersecurity, productivity and technology certifications o Experience working in a fast-paced environment o Experience working in cybersecurity
